学校里staff 和 faculty分散指什么岗亭的职员，你晓得吗？

在美国的大大多的大学和从属（教学）病院寻常有两品种型职员，staff和 faculty，他们分散指的是什么样的职员呢？

Staff（事情职员）

Staff: Technical personnel, Lab Technicians, Research Assistants, Research Associates, Physician Assistants (PA), Nurses and Secretaries, etc. It generally refers to those technical and administrative (support) personnel, instead of those hold Academic positions (appointments).

事情职员：武艺职员、实行室武艺职员、研讨助理、研讨助理、医师助理（PA）、护士和秘书等，寻常指那些武艺和行政（支持）职员，而不是那些承继学术职务（任命）的职员。

Faculty（教职职员）

Faculty: Medical Doctors (MD) who practice, and teach medical students, residents, supervising clinical fellows; PhD or MD (or one holds both MD and PhD) who holds the position of Assistant (junior faculty), Associate or Full Professor, and senior or high level administrative personnel.

教员：执业并传授医学生、住院医师、临床督导研讨员的医生（MD）；兼任助理（低级教员）、副传授或正传授、高等或高等办理职员的博士或MD（或一人兼任MD和博士）。

这两种职员但是就相似于我们中国的大学也分教职职员和行政职员。
